Responsible use

Client and business users are responsible for using WhatsApp messaging lawfully and must follow applicable Meta and WhatsApp policies. Do not use the service for spam, abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or other misuse.

Availability

The service may change, be updated, or be interrupted from time to time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Spada Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. This does not limit liability where it cannot legally be limited.
